Responsibilities: Performance Management * Manage the Performance Management full cycle from objective setting through annual reviews. * Deliver global communications and supporting materials to help drive staff and manager accountability around yearly performance processes. * Overall management of learning and performance systems, including task deployment, troubleshooting, and vendor management. * Partner with line managers to develop appropriate introductory goals, annual goals, and career development objectives. * Track and analyze trends in performance and generate reports. * Support the HR Director in the development of processes, tools, and talent analytics that enable the identification, assessment, and development of talent.
