I rent properties on a long term lease and then sublet them out to short term renters in the film industry, corporate executives and airbnb/vrbo vacationers. I am looking for someone who will do two things, firstly, help me find rental properties where the owner is willing to allow me to rent through my company and sublet out and secondly, find people in the film and corporate industries looking for places to rent in the area.
