The primary role of the Research Analyst is to excel at analyzing data and creating persuasive insights for our clients. The ideal candidate is naturally curious and analytical, yet able to work accurately, quickly and meet deadlines. They like working with others in a team oriented environment, are comfortable communicating with clients, and thrive under pressure. The Research Analyst will be responsible for research inquiries from the sales department and will be responsible for making presentations that analyze specific research information. The ideal candidate is passionate about writing, data and business. Research Analyst will be responsible sourcing quantitative and qualitative business insights. Responsibilities: – Execute day to day research requests for national sales and maintain standard research positioning through sales presentation software. – Analyze competitive spending patterns. – Gather, analyze, interpret, and present real estate trends and information for business development opportunities, client support, and internal analysis – Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences – Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation We recently acquired two companies and wish to streamline our existing access databases to include order verification and shipping tracking #, items barcodes, etc.. POSITION: Database Administrator Scope of Position: The Database Administrator is responsible for storing and managing data in the Social Solution Apricot software to provide a seamless flow of information throughout the organization, considering both back end data structure and front end accessibility for end-users. The Database Administrator will maintain the database to ensure its consistent efficient and precise operation 24 hours per day. The Database Administrator reports to the Director of Programs. Responsibilities include: • Building and configuring server and database of high availability and quality according to needs of organization as identified. • Loading and extracting data as specified and upon request. • Enabling data distribution to users, in appropriate format and in a timely manner.
