Hello, I need an admin immediately to help with document formatting, digital file organization, editing, document creation, filing, office organization and general admin duties both remotely and in person in the Los Angeles area This task will begin online (remote) but will eventually require meeting in person to organize my office. Future tasks include: Properly setup business line Grasshopper VM Etc Organize and schedule meetings and appointments Create Maintain contact lists / staff and client birthdays Develop and maintain a filing system Order office client supplies Remind staff about submitting time cards Provide general support Provide information by answering questions and requests Handle multiple projects Prepare and monitor invoices/expenses Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels etc. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner Take accurate minutes of meetings Coordinate office procedures Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient Resolve administrative problems Manage staff appointments Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues
