A growing company that has NOT been affected by the pandemic – still great customer demand for our services. ————————————————————– NEW SALES POSITION & HOW BONUSES WORK The training period lasts 6 months, extensive training, certifications, truly valuable work experience. Build rapport, no hard selling. INBOUND ONLY no cold calling all done online (DMs, Emails etc,) as we have a lot of incoming inquiries and we need to grow our team to manage the demand! 1. Base salary during training is $100 a month (we pay to train you) 2. Monthly we will assess your progress and bump an additional $50 if you’re progressing well ** This becomes $150 a month for 3 months = $450 for 3 months of intensive and valuable sales training and work experience. You would have to be dedicated to the role and commit full-time (6-8 hours daily). 3. After 3 months of training and probation the base pay increases, and you are eligible for bonuses —————————————————————- TIME AND LOCATION We operate in the Singapore timezone and would need applicants to be able to work from around 10 or 11 am Singapore time since that’s when our team is able to support interns. Most likely you will have at least 5-8 hours a day to dedicate to this. The training/internship lasts 3 months – think of it as an immersive training and experiential learning program. After that we look to hire best candidates. We have years of running excellent internship programs that have helped freelancers with no experience, to become experienced and well-paid freelancers on and off of Upwork. So, we are now opening our internship program to 2-3 new interns who are: – Excellent communicators, primarily in written communications (English) – Able to learn quickly, work well with others, and want to be part of a great team – Great at multi-task and organizational skills – Able to prioritize and meet deadlines, while remaining professional and reliable You likely: – Enjoy the thrill of helping others and reaching targets, you want to beat yourself and like a little friendly competition in your real life. You’re driven, but you feel your talents were underused in prior jobs. – Have had some experience in helping customers, handling emails & social media etc. – Are not an introvert. You enjoy meeting new people online and building rapport – Are willing to try anything, evolve and improve yourself – You might not be an experienced salesperson, but you have a tremendous personality (that’s a good place to start) The kinds of things you’d do in this internship include: – Deal with incoming inquiries directly on social media, and updating the CRM system accordingly – Regularly updating effective sales scripts and other documents – Constant personal development of people skills, sales psychology, framing and winning deals – Helping leads go through the ordering process until they sign up – Maintaining great rapport with leads, going beyond only transactional, taking a genuine interest, and recommending things that will help their business or brand thrive – Following up with leads, reviving old leads, winning attention, and creating excitement for the product.
