Job Description The applicant will have to register patients and take appointments with physicians and/or other health professionals according to the rules and processes established in order to ensure unparalleled customer service and work as a team to meet the objectives of the service. Role and responsibilities – Call patients to schedule an appointment with the doctor and/or other health professionnal – Receive and transmit appropriate information to patients – Register patients and complete the information sheets in the computer system – Prepare files according to the types of appointments – Manage and transmit patient messages to the various recipients if needed Qualifications and skills – Fluency in written and spoken French – Good knowledge of oral English – Good knowledge of VOIP system phone – Ease with technologies – Knowledge of medical terminology (an asset) – Excellent customer service, interpersonal skills, and ease of communication – Professionalism displayed – Flexibility, courtesy, and discretion – The applicant needs to be available from 8:00 to 17:00 eastern time zone Canada
