Seeking bookkeeper/CPA to review and enter credit card and bank statements for possible business expenses and categorize them based on Schedule C Tax Return (self-employed) categories. The bookkeeper/CPA must be knowledgeable with US companies/vendors to recognize and categorize transactions (e.g. PG&E is a utility, AT&T is telecommunications, Office Depot is office supplies, etc), AND have done work with US clients, preferably in California. The bookkeeper/CPA will be provided online access to 3 credit card and one bank account statements for all of 2019 tax year, and will need to identify and enter into a spreadsheet the expense vendor, date, amount and category. If successful, the person hired will also likely be asked to do 2021, 2020 and 2018 and ongoing on a monthly basis.
