Seeking Inside Sales / BDR (Business Development Representative) – For Car Dealership – FULL TIME, Lahore

We are a fast-growing car dealership based Houston, TX and looking to hire our first BDR (Business Development Representative). As a BDR, your overall mission is to maximize the dealerships’ marketing investments and boost sales by assisting the Salesmen on the floor with the following task: -Take inbound customer calls and assist with their inquiries ranging from pricing questions to appointment settings. -Call incoming leads generated from our marketing campaigns. -Confirm customer’s appointments. -Follow up with customers who have missed their appointments via Emails, Text Messages, and Phone calls. -Work on a CRM to collaborate with the Sales team in real-time. -Respond to customer’s inquiries on various marketing platform (after training) A BDC is similar to a Customer Service representative, only cooler. You are essentially supporting the Sales department to sell more cars and make big bucks! There is a base pay but you also get a bonus for every sale so the potential is endless. We are looking for a full-time employee who is Fluent in English and Spanish. Although all of our customers and leads are interested in our cars and have made the first step to be contacted, background in Customer Service, Cold Calling, Appointment Setting, Telemarketing, Outbound Sales will have more consideration for this position. There is no time to babysit so we are looking for a highly motivated, and mature professional who is a self started, and in it for the long term. As the first hire, you will be eventually managing this department as we hire more representatives as the dealership grows. Looking for stellar communication skills! Candidates with a short voice clip introducing themselves in English are considered first. Hours: Monday – Friday 9AM to 6 PM (Central Daylight Time) Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM (Central Daylight Time)
