The role would include: – Great communication – during your available working hours we would expect adequate response times. – A sound understanding of shopify and Facebook ads and how to work in a team. – You would be communicating with ourselves as well as with the social media manager regarding the best approach to marketing. – If this is something you are interested in please respond promptly, as we are aiming for a short but smooth transition of responsibilities. – Very minor knowledge of excel (Can be taught, not a necessity) – You will be required to add 5-10 items to the store weekly in order to keep the store fresh with items, as our manufacture updates their inventory often and a cornerstone of the business is to stay current with style. – A vision for the company – Once you have found your feet as store manager, we would expect long term 3-month and 6-month targets. As well as fortnightly targets you feel are achievable. We have a non-negotiable $200 monthly Marketing/Advertising budget you should be able to work with. There is a little wiggle room in the budget over your services between $220-$270. However, do keep in mind the cheaper your monthly expense, either: – The more the advertising budget will be, or – The lower the overall monthly expense. Therefore, lower sales target you NEED to reach. So once we have explained the tasks we require from you, do evaluate the worth of the task to you and price accordingly. We will also send you a PDF with everything attached that you will need to know regarding adding products to the store as well as how the excel sheet works.
