Simple Excel work, matching up names in one file with names in another file, Karachi

I have two Excel sheets. One is a list of about 150 people, with their names and addresses. The other is a list of about 25,000 people, with names, addresses, and some other information. The 150 people from the first list should all be included somewhere in the big list of 25,000 people. The first deliverable here is to simply use the big list of 25,000 names to look up and enter the extra information in the list of 150 people. After that step is done, the second deliverable will be to look at that list of 150 people and compare it against a list of individuals who have some specific criteria I’m looking for, letting me know how many of them meet the criteria and which ones don’t meet the criteria. I know that’s not very specific, but I’ll give you more details after you are hired. And if you could please tell me your favorite food in the first sentence of your cover letter, that will show you actually read what I’m typing here. I won’t consider your application if you don’t have that info in the first sentence of your cover letter. Although this work is very simple, I would like to try to hire for this position some time in the next few hours. Ideally, I would like the work to be completed in the first day or so. This is a very small task. Maybe 1-2 hours. But depending on how it goes, I may have more work for you to do later.
