the thing we want to outsource is a simple job which includes calling the US customer hotline of a big international company to get specific information about a product and then get back to us with the results. The calls should be made during a specific time one after another, means there will presumably be several calls during a few weeks. To make things easier you should have a certain kind of creativity and work together with the service agent on the hotline, means explain the situation, be able to find most effective strategy to solve the task and cooperate with the service agent appropriately. What we need is verification of some specific products means the customer service needs to tell you if products within a list are still valid or not. As we have quite big lists of products to verify this needs to be done in a structered and organized way. The company has different country hotlines but as far as we know the US hotline provides the best service whereas we recommended to use the US hotline for the job. Some experience/history regarding cold calls or customer support calls would be an advantage. Good english would as well be a requierment.
