Skip Tracing- Locate hard to find people online, Lahore

I have a list of about 40 people who I need to get in touch with. I can provide a Name, and a previous address that they owned and maybe a mailing list. From there, I need you to find the following fields: Phone Email Facebook/Social Mailing Address In searching, its easy to find info- but I need you to go the next step and verify the info- call the numbers to make sure it is the person I’m looking for, or email, and see if you get an email back. You must be able to make calls to the USA and have your number look like its coming from the USA. Track all information gathered in a excel sheet, so I can quickly see if its good data, or not. These people live in Tennessee in the United States. I have their full legal name, a home that they owned in their past, and a mailing address- sometimes it is different. Experience is great. Would be great to know if you know the term Skip Tracing, or OSINT, or if you already have subscriptions to services. Job will be going on throughout the year.
