Do you LOVE social media? Especially Instagram and Facebook? Here’s where I would normally list all the responsibilities involved with this role, but I am more interested in finding the "right fit" then someone who can check all the to-do boxes. If this is you, let’s chat! * Available at least 10 hours a week initially (you will be trained on 5 clients), but you’d LOVE to grow into a role that is full-time that is 30+ hours a week. (You get to set your own days and hours, woot!) * You are happy making $12-15 per hour, knowing that there will be opportunity to grow as the company grows. * You are super organized. Planners, spreadsheets, to-do lists are your jam. * People tell you that you’re a great communicator, people naturally are drawn to you and you have a knack for explaining complicated things or teaching people who to do things. * You LOVE to read and write. When you hear someone say they want you to spend an hour or two reaching articles, reading a company’s blog or researching an industry – that sounds like an exciting opportunity to learn something new rather than a homework assignment you’re likely to skim over and dread. * You prefer a mix of some structure/processes to follow balanced with autonomy where you can build your own processes to manage your workflow/organization. * You are coachable and open to feedback – both from a team mate and clients. This means you’ve learned how to not attach to your work or take it too personally when people ask you to change it or rework it. * You LOVE to create efficiencies. You’re always looking at how something can be done better, higher quality, more quickly, etc. * You have always considered yourself a "Jack/Jill of all trades" – rather than being good in one specific area, you’ve always been good in lots of areas. People can depend on you. You respond to all e-mails, messages. You are available to be contacted and will reply within a reasonable timeframe. * You are great at managing projects. You thrive when you have multiple projects going at once and coordinating "the chaos" in order to move a project from point A to point G successfully and on time. * You work well on deadlines. In fact, you PREFER to have deadlines. * You are self-directed. You do not need someone to provide you instructions for every step or every new project. Instead, you are good at taking what you’ve learned and applying it to the next project or doing research on your own (Google is your best friend) before shooting off a message asking how to do something.
