We need you to use to create an excel spreadsheet from the existing data in the COGS, Construction Material General Ledger account in Quickbooks that will contain data for future inventory tracking. You will be asked to input the following information: Date Ordered Vendor Name Vendor Description Identifying information (SKU, Model Number and written description) of every item Quantity of item ordered Cost Per Unit Price Sales Tax Total Cost You will need to know how to navigate Quickbooks, open the various entries, and review the attached invoices, PO’s and/or receipts to obtain the necessary information and transfer it to an Excel template that will be provided. There will be a row in the spreadsheet for every item that was purchased (even if the quantity is just one). Because we will be using this spreadsheet to order future inventory, strict attention to detail for accurate data entry is a must.
