The purpose of the Sales Agent is to drive the growth of the company by signing new customer accounts. Through generating leads, setting up demos, and closing deals with new accounts, the Sales Agent is the backbone of Business Zone Pro. Sales Agents are required to attend at least two Sales Training meetings per week in order to qualify for a higher residual share. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Strongly suggested that the Sales Agent have a Smartphone, access to High Speed Internet Service, Laptop Computer, and Printer to complete everyday sales related tasks.  Must be able to communicate in a direct, clear, and professional manner through email and phone conversations; as well as transfer and receive documents via email.  Must attend two (2) Sales Training Meetings per week to achieve higher residual income.  Tasks consist of marketing and selling the company's products and/or services.  Creating and growing new accounts.  Projecting a warm, inviting, and trustworthy image on the phone.  Serving as a liaison between the outside sales and customer service departments.  Managing and expanding existing accounts.  Selling additional services to clients.  Building and maintaining effective professional relationships with clients.  Contacting and visiting clients to help them better understand company products and services.  Building up detailed knowledge about the company's products and services.  Educating business partners and end users on the company’s products and services.  Providing proactive assistance and support to clients and business partners.  Meeting customer needs, offering options, solving problems, and following up with customers.  Delivering prepared sales talks and reading from scripts that describe products or services to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.  Contacting businesses or private individuals by telephone or in person to solicit sales for goods or services.  Explaining products, services, and pricing, as well as answering questions from customers regarding products, services, and pricing.  Obtaining customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and entering orders into computer records.  Recording names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted in a file that is clear and kept updated.  Maintaining records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
