Take data from csv file and in excel use macros to input data into a different excel file to pdf, Lahore

I have data in a csv file. I want a macros written for excel, that when I run the macros with a click of a button, it will take the specific data I mark off (there is a column in the csv that says selected, and I mark each row off with a "x" or blank. If it has an x, I want it then to pull the specific data from that row, and input it into my excel template, and the allow the simple calculations to finish based on the inputed data. Then the output will automatically save into a pdf file with the selected table only saved in pdf landscape fit to page. The template would sometimes need to be automatically added rows if I select 7 rows, or it would need to be reduced if I only select 3 rows. I would need a Zoom meeting to make sure we are understanding each other. I have attached an excel that I plan on editing but mainly working off of. Everything above the double grey line is information that is pulled from the csv file. The information below the double grey line has simple math formulas (average, sum, and number) I have attached also the csv file format. (the 2 documents do not match).
