Tech Ops Associate (Email Deliverability) At NewtonX we are helping our clients to connect with subject-matter experts possessing highly specific, hard to find knowledge, across all industries to enable insightful and critical business decisions. We are looking for driven, thorough, fast learning, and hard working individuals to spearhead and drive our technology operation efforts which will help to explore important ideas and validate promising hypotheses by executing well designed tests with strong problem-solving approaches. Among various important initiatives, delivering emails to an expert’s inbox (instead of their spam folder) is particularly crucial to our core mission and business, and will be one of the primary focus of this role in the foreseeable future. Meanwhile, given the fast growth of the business and accompanied challenges, there will be many other exciting exploratory operations ahead. Rate: $20.00 per hour Responsibilities Communicate with stakeholders and provide clear and timely updates. Use & learn new email sending softwares such as GMass & OnGage Conduct concurrent email tests according to the daily test plan, including sending test emails with different variables specified in the plan, collecting useful data points, etc. Provide daily updates & keep all involved parties informed Desired Skills & Qualifications Motivated and organized individual, ideally with experience in a fast-paced environment Scrappy, creative, structured problem-solver Data entry / Attention to detail / Ability to focus on repetitive tasks Quality Assurance / project management experience a plus Self-driven, embodies ownership, passionate, and energetic Quick learner
