About us: We are a software/data start-up focused on public infrastructure and utilities in North America. We’re looking for an experienced data entry specialist to collect data on financial documents for public utilities. We anticipate that this project will require 10-15 hours of work per week. Before being assigned to the main project, we will conduct a test drive. You will be assigned an Excel file in which you are required to look through the given links and find valid data and enter it into a Google Form. Selected candidates will be paid for the test drive and candidates who pass the test will be assigned to the main project. Deliverables: – Identify financial documents in an Excel file of keyword search results – Entering information on the valid financial document into a Google Form Requirements: – Experience with Microsoft Excel – Experience with Google Docs – High Attention to Detail More direction on how to identify, collect and enter data on financial documents will be given directly to each selected candidate.
