Looking for a developer that can work with a CMS platform or develop from scratch code using PHP/MySQL or comparable to create a website for a new startup that will be selling access to licensed images (similar to Getty or iStock). The infrastructure will be fairly simple and straightforward. The client currently has over 10K images along with corresponding keywords that can be bulk imported with a corresponding file. Functions of the site must include the following: – Public Area (Image preview, Home, About, Images, Contact, Search Function), Login Function – Master Administration Area – Master admin will be able to create sub-admin accounts for clients, Add Images and metadata such as keywords, Pull reports on images downloaded by Sub-Admin accounts, The ability to suspend or delete Sub-Admin accounts. Reports do not need to encompass anything more than the images downloaded and the date downloaded and by which user. – Sub-Admin Management area – The sub admin (main customer admin) will have the ability to add and manage sub-users to be able to search and download images. – Default subadmin access along with the users that they create will need to be granted access by default of 1 year from the time of activation. The master admin will need to be able to extend this out at any given time. A simple expiration date to take the account into suspend mode would be sufficient. No E-Commerce functions will need to be implemented at this time but possibly in the future. The client wants this to be a basic,simple to use site for both him as the master admin as well as the clients and their users. All sales will be conducted via phone or in person and the Master Admin will control setting up the users. I have coded sites like this in the past but I am looking at doing more project management now and less coding. Timeline would be 90-180 days on this, but obviously the sooner the better. Kindly provide estimates on this. I know the costs will vary depending on the architecture used. The client is not against using a CMS such as wordpress or joomla.
