We have just set up Upwork as a lead channel for our agency. However, we are hugely busy working on other things, and so we need someone who knows Upwork well to take over this for us and secure some leads through Upwork. This will include: finding the right jobs for our agency and sending proposals out, positioning us as experts, and reaching out to prospects. 10 hours per week expected. Budget $3-$4 hourly rate.
