Hi! I’m running a growing coaching business supporting women with ADHD through individual coaching, group support, and online advocacy. I’m also a mother with ADHD. I live by my calendar and appreciate someone who can help me keep my eye on the big picture and protect my energy. I’m flexible on when / how work is accomplished, but need someone who is okay with occasional last minute requests. The ideal candidate is self-directed, personable, and has a basic understanding of how to communicate with a variety of people, especially those who are overwhelmed and struggling (most of my clients). I need help managing the backend business functions around the appointments, contracts, CRM, and other systems and processes. I may need some guidance on how I could be helped!
