Hi there, We are looking for someone who can work 10+ hours a week for our small business. We have private label products on Amazon. There are many variations of the same niche product. We also have our website running wordpress/woocommerce. We plan to start a blog soon and content marketing. This will mean we will need to take our focus off customer service and need to restart our social media campaigns. So we’re looking for someone who can do the following: Amazon listing management & customer service – upload products (rarely), fill orders for customers and customer service etc. Website management & customer service – fill orders, upload products (rarely), update any plugins, etc and customer service for the customers who write to us regarding email sales. Social Media management – You will be the manager which means you can see what few posts we’ve done in the past, compare to our competitors and with a little research about our brand and voice create your own plan and schedule using later.com (similar to buffer.com). You will need to find stock royalty free images, do some quick edits in Canva and schedule them out. For the time being we are just looking at Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest. One post per day for each of these (maybe less for Pinterest, we can discuss this in greater detail later) I need to know what days you’re available as customer service (where some days there are no messages at all) at least needs to be checked a minimum of once per day. I’m hoping that you could be available at least 5 days a week at least just to check for any customer inquiries. We have templates for about 90% of most inquiries from customers and most things can be handled within 5 minutes or less. We can discuss this more later too. For the right candidate, there can be more work, potentially a pay rise, growing responsibilities (such as SEO research and content specification creation for writers) and skill sets to add to your portfolio.
