Monthly opportunity to join growing company in fun loving pet industry !! VA to assist with managing PO and invoicing using (2) vendor portals. 1) Amazon Vendor orders and 2) SPS Commerce for Chewy.com order – Day 1 – acknowledge POs (approx. time 30 mins) – Day 2 – accept shipments (approx. time 30 mins) – Day 3 – click to download labels, send to warehouse, click to invoice (approx. time 1 hr) – Day 4 and 5 – be on standby in case a tracking number needs to be reentered or invoice needs to be resubmitted in the portal (typically 1-2 per week) Opportunity to learn more about portal management and take on bigger role with Shipstation, Wayfair, Zulily and Shopify orders if applicable.
