General Tasks -Lias with clients, both landlord and tenants -Schedule meetings, property inspections and phone calls for on the ground team members -Manage admin email account -Schedule invoice payments -Supplier communication -Schedule maintenance -Advertising/marketing Prefer applicants that have completed -QLD Entry Level Property Manager/Sale Agents Course (Registration Certificate) -Hold a current licence through the QLD office of fair trading -Have previous experience within QLD real estate and property management
