PURPOSE The Virtual Assistant Consultant provides support to the ACTFL Professional Learning and Certification department and is responsible for coordinating and operating the day-to-day administrative tasks related to communication, project, and organizational needs of the department. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Communication: • Assist in the coordination and organization of administrative activities, to include emailing participants and members, coordinating dates for webinars and meetings, • Coordinate and consolidate communications, applications, requests for proposals, invoices, and forms from staff, clients, and members to facilitate application processes • Effectively and positively communicate with staff and members 2. Data Management: • Organize and maintain databases, files, and master lists • Collect, clean, organize, report and maintain databases for analysis, as well as data to be used for reports
