GreenTree Electronics is hiring a Virtual Assistance: back office & sales coordinator. Scope: Ongoing (long-term), Mon-Fri, 5 hours/day. Job Description: 1. Support our sales team and communicate by email with suppliers and B2B customers. 2. Follow up customers and suppliers orders. You will enter new orders in GreenTree’s system, generate PO’s, invoices, receipts, documents. 3. Follow up the global shipments, solve problems. Requirements: 1. Fluent in English (excellent reading and writing only). 2. Proven experience as Virtual Assistance/Back Office B2B – Must. (hi-tech/semiconductors/electronics companies- an advantage). 3. Good knowledge in MS office, Excel. 4. Organized, Focused, Agile, Dynamic, Energetic, Multi-tasking, good Memory, attention to details. Zero-almost-tolerance-to-mistakes attitude.
