Virtual Assistant The Virtual Assistant will perform routine office tasks and will assist the Operations Manager and Lead Agent. Virtual Assistant Job Responsibilities: ● Heavily utilize CRM software to o Maintain contacts o Create and maintain advertising campaigns o Monitor and maintain incoming lead notifications ● Referral partners o Enter referral contact information into CRM o Update referral sites with current status of referrals ● Communications o Answer phones, forward calls/take messages (minimal) o Monitor emails for lead agent o Listen to and transcribe voicemails, and send to appropriate staff members ● Social Media o Create, manage, and post content to social media platforms ● Production Tracking o Maintain and update production numbers for staff members ● Property Management o Utilize Property Management software to log monthly rent payments o Coordinate repairs & follow up through completion o Lease renewals ● Other projects, as assigned Work hours will be approximately 25 hours per week to be performed Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM CST. Virtual Assistant Qualifications / Skills desired: ● Basic office skills ● Written and verbal communication skills including superb English ● KW Command software skills ● Google Apps for Business (Gmail/Drive/Docs/Sheets) software skills ● Microsoft Office software skills ● Telephone skills ● Typing and word processing skills ● Documentation skills ● Dependability and professionalism ● Attention to detail ● Administrative writing and reporting skills
