– Internet research, mainly software to use within business or for suppliers/software – Taking recordings of interviews, transcribing to text (using software). Adding punctuation and headings. Will require initiative to email me if certain words have not automatically converted to text properly. – Searching for stock images. Using initiative to make recommendations based on where they are to be used (eg website of a particular subject, or feeling/emotion to convey). – General data entry. Including updating websites built with a CMS – Miscellaneous tasks – Monitor competing businesses for changes to their websites About me/my business: I have been a solo entrepreneur for 15 years. Building websites for businesses in Australia. Business is busy, but here in Australia we are under lock down. It is difficult to find time. Especially with kids at home too. I am looking to outsource as much as I can. With business going well I would like to expand. Implement new features and software into the business. I also don’t really know what I want/need out of a virtual assistant. I have done things by myself all these years. Looking for someone who has an interest in the world of small business. In odd jobs, researching and updating websites.
