We’re a startup social media marketing agency. Looking for an assistant for a potential long-term position. – Set up social media pages and accounts. – Create, curate and schedule social media posts and stories. – Write converting and engaging content for various platforms. – Research client requirements and organize them accordingly. – Communicate effectively and understand expectations vs content delivery. – Source royalty free images a – Use social media insights to evaluate posting times/Frequency. – Help establish client strategy and suggest ideas to increase reach and engagement. – Various weekly tasks including community management (Likes, Follows, …) and client outreach. Tasks will be scheduled accordingly and will be assigned to you. To succeed in this job, you need to have: – Excellent English skills. – Great attention to detail and eagerness to learn new skills. – Good knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin. – Excellent time management skills. – Great organization skills – Experience with online tools and platforms (Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, Google sheets/docs, …) The starting pay is 3$ per hour. If your performance is consistent, the pay will be revised. We are looking to build a great long-term relationship with the right candidate. We’re looking for a handworker with a motivation to improve and adapt.
