Looking for a virtual assistant to provide up to 10 hours a week to assistant with the running of a solo law office. At Jessica Braun Law, LLC, I handle mainly matters of the heart with relatively low financial return. I serve as the lawyer for the children taken from their parents and into Foster Care. Additionally, I keep a few family law and civil cases. A VA would assist me either one to two hours a day or in a single block of time each week to address the following needs: – virtual paperwork including applying notices to each case, reviewing for court dates, and confirming that any dates are on the calendar; – reminding upcoming appointments of our time together; – Social media management; – proof reading documents; – website management; – preparing billing at the end of the month; – with the right candidate, content creation for website and social channels. Ideal Experience – Clio legal management software – Wix web hosting – social media platforms including Facebook and LinkedIn – Google suit – ability to keep matters confidential – attention to detail – legal experience (lovely but not required)
