Job details: We would love to find a planner and organization enthusiast! To not only help keep us organized but hopefully have some fun and be passionate about the work you’d be doing with us. We would need help with the following: *Email management – (Receive incoming emails and create an easy/organized way of filing them) *We may need you to look for specific planner inserts for OUR business planners, as I said we are just getting these started. *Project management through ClickUp – to manage both our businesses & would need you to set it up, as well as organize it (as neither of us has used the program before). *Graphics and branding using Canvas (you would also have to show us how to navigate this platform as well) *Social Media Management – We mainly use IG for both businesses, but we definitely need someone who has experience with creating content & social media marketing so we can create more growth on every platform we can And also some basic Virtual Assistant Tasks including: Internet Research MS Office (OneDrive, Excel, Word, PDF, etc) – We are going to begin storing our files in OneDrive Google (Forms, Doc, Sheet, Drive) Email & File Management Google Calendar Management & Scheduling Social Media Management (Posting, Scheduling, Page Management) All forms of Admin Support Virtual Meeting Facilitator (Zoom, WebEx) Re-purposing video and audio files into blogs – I don’t have a blog yet, but if you have experience in this and would like to help build a blog for the Self-Improvement Coaching biz, as well as help maintain it, I WOULD LOVE THAT!!!!! ~Celia This job would be roughly 6-8 hours a week, with the possibility of more as we continue to grow.
