Looking for a VA that can take care of some tasks within my company. Must have real estate knowledge and experience as well as be tech savvy. Some of the following tasks I need you to do: Lead generation – you will build a list of distressed properties and their respective owners with verified information CRM – you will take that list and input it into my CRM (currently using Trello) and input the proper information into each card Cold Calling – you will be cold calling these leads for me to see if they would be interested in selling their property/ consider a cash offer depending on the circumstance Lead nurture – you will be nurturing these leads via text, email, or calling List scrubbing – you will be managing this list everyday and updating it
