Virtual Assistant – VA needed for Social media & WordPress tasks for the Visual Artist I need creative, smart and fast VA who will work with me for the years to come. With focus is on the visual art–and promotional efforts that lead to sales. Your role will be to drive opportunities to me, make the contacts and submissions for me, and filter the responses, contacting me with serious offers only. I will be checking on progress updates, and project developments you send. We will meet weekly on zoom to discuss plan for the week to come. Requirements: – You need to be fluent in English (excellent writing & reading skills) – Good knowledge of Photoshop & graphic design skills – Good knowledge of Social Media Platforms and Content creation, Email & Campaign marketing – Good knowledge of WordPress and SEO – Good availability and no delays on deadlines -You will help me to create a Market identity. -Write and publish original content articles for both online and print media. Create opportunities for exposure/ submit art images to publications. Develop and promote my brand. – Identify lucrative niche markets and work to get me into them by submitting my art images. – Create online presentations for social media campaigns, including monitoring viewers for follow-up contact. – Get my art work into corporate collections: research / create connections in your media and geographic area -Research and create more exhibition ops, research gallery directors internationally, locate sales ops, grant ops, artist residence ops, sponsorships, advertisement and publicity ops (free and paid), art auction ops, and work to get my art into private online stores. – Market my art to a larger audience. Generate more sales. – Send emails to my target market, making the email more personalized and more effective than just an occasional newsletter.
