We specialize in unique, luxurious properties in achingly beautiful locations. We also host weddings, events and productions and work with an extensive list of extraordinary vendors. Joshua Tree / Palm Springs / Venice Job description: Provide support and assistance in the management of 7 luxurious properties, unique weddings, events (yoga retreats, executive summits, etc.) and media productions. This includes but is not limited to handling guest/customer communications, coordinating with teams (housekeeping, hosts, etc.) and other related tasks. Must be highly proficient in spoken and written English and tech-savvy. Previous experience managing Airbnbs, managing housekeeping, Operations, Tech and Marketing, are all plusses! Must be capable of using the following systems and tools: – Airbnb/Vrbo/Booking.com – Uplisting (our PMS) – Slack – Google Sheets and Google Docs – Monday – Properly and Sortly for Housekeeping and Inventory – Dropbox – 1Password 40 hours over 6 days a week with one day off.
