We are a fast-growing real estate team comprised of 5 full-time team members (and counting) consistently producing $15 Million+ in gross sales volume annually. We are seeking candidates with prior experience in real estate and a specialty in real estate administrative support and CRM management for the task of building an effective and organized CRM database. This is a short-term job with the potential for a full-time job offering. This job role requires a strong understanding of the following real estate software applications: – Brivity CRM – KW Command – Follow Up Boss – Google Applications; Gmail and Google Workspace (G Suite), Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Docs, and Google Drive Responsibilities – Import contacts from Google Contacts to Brivity CRM – Customize and build ‘Auto Plans’ inside Brivity CRM for automated customer communication, long-term lead nurturing, and immediate lead inquiry response – Integrate contacts data between multiple CRM platforms (2-way Sync) and implement automation tools to streamline routine processes – Create online marketing campaigns within KW Command, Brivity, and Social Media Platforms – Assist in building multiple ‘Farming’ campaigns; aggressively marketing to specific geographic areas with postal mailer campaigns, targeted social media ads, text message/voicemail marketing campaigns, FSBO and Expired listing campaigns, etc. – Improve and systematize processes to streamline routine tasks – Suggest methods and tools to increase team productivity, agent retention, customer satisfaction, web presence, market share, and listing acquisition Requirements – Proven work experience in real estate and a strong understanding of CRM management, real estate marketing, and small business optimization – Technical expertise with Brivity CRM, Google Applications, and social media applications – Ability to create 2-way Sync between multiple platforms (i.e. PieSync, Zapier) – Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices – Ability to manage marketing campaigns and initiatives – Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-oriented attitude – Fluent in the English language with the ability to effectively articulate via email/text and over the phone – Must be detail-oriented, results-driven, and motivated to increase listing acquisition and company revenue Initially, this job will be short-term and specific with the opportunity for a long-term/full-time position dedicated to administrative tasks and agent support. Simply put, we are seeking someone who knows the ins and outs of Brivity. More specifically, someone who has the ability to import & sync contact data to the CRM from Google Contacts, create Auto Plans inside of Brivity, and successfully launch an online/social media marketing campaign inside of Brivity directly to specific leads in our database. Upon successfully displaying the ability to operate and manage the CRM and execute basic functionalities, candidates may earn a full-time position with the potential of employment to a dedicated role on our team, to include weekly or bi-weekly compensation and an outlined list of responsibilities and routine tasks to complete.
