Hello, Thank you for taking the time to read my job listing. My name is Erik and I am a real estate agent in San Diego, CA. I currently have a WordPress website and would like general assistance with adding new posts/content to the website. I am looking for someone who: – Has common sense and can use their discretion to create content without needing detailed instructions – Has strong communication skills. Ideally, I would like to occasionally jump on a phone call to discuss projects – Is honest when billing. I previously worked for several years as a web designer and I know how long certain tasks will take. For example: uploading a prewritten blog and adding a meta description should take 1 hour or less. I am happy to pay a fair hourly wage I just don’t want someone to bill for 3 hours when something really only takes 1 hour. I am not interested in: – A generic SEO proposal talking about backlinks and #1 rankings on google Individuals only! No agencies.
