We are currently looking to fill the position of a virtual assistant, who will perform a variety of administrative tasks: – Managing Email correspondence. – Maintain digital files. – Data entry – Customer service via Live chat. Applicants that meet requirement are welcome to submit their bids. We need a virtual assistant to handle customer support for our sales team. The tasks will be communicating with our customers via E-mail, , Live chat and lodging their complaints in our friendly and easy to use ticketing software.
