Have any customer care experience? Do you enjoy helping people? We’re looking for a friendly customer service representative with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. As a customer service representative working from your home office, you’ll be helping customers via email in a professional manner. We’ll provide equipment needed and other important things you need to succeed in this position. Candidates from different customer service field can apply as you’re providing basic customer service and you will also be trained before fully beginning the job. You will get paid at the end of each week of your training. Once you resume work with us, you’re self employed because your schedule is flexible which makes you balance your day-to-day activities. We’re a fast growing electronic shop online with best and unique items for sale. We sell electronics, customized phones, and gaming items. This items are listed at best and affordable price for our old and entry customers. This is a part-time position remote position. Expected hours approximately 15-20 hours weekly, but may vary depending on tasks at hand. You must posses good communication skill. Lastly, good job success is always commended in order to encourage hard work and also to make our customers happy. Responsibilities for this position all includes; -Apply personal ethics, honesty, initiative, flexibility, responsibility and confidentiality in all areas -Helping customers understand purpose and providing customer lifestyle solutions. -Accurately maintain and imputing data, files and records which includes using spreadsheets. -Processing and keeping track of customers orders online to ensure customers expectations are met. -Managing daily schedule which includes; Time, meeting and calendar planning.
