Virtual finance assistant required for a group of 4 companies based in the brewing and hospitality industry: Left Handed Giant – an established craft brewery based in Bristol Small Bar – a craft beer bar showcasing the best of small breweries in the UK and beyond New Cut Coffee – coffee shop and roastery based in the heart of Bristol Old Bookshop – a bar based in south Bristol focussed on a huge array of European inspired beers We are seeking a virtual assistant to help deal with our ever growing invoice processing in our accounting system (Xero). Invoice volume can reach up to 150 invoices per week. We anticipate this ongoing processing should take between a half and one full day per week. Experience with Xero and UK based is essential and an interest in the industry is desirable.
