Seeking a qualified telemarketer for approximately 5-10 hours per week to call an average of 20-40 new warm consumer leads per week plus periodic follow ups (both call and text to reach these leads) from an existing lead generation program. The goal is to understand the consumer’s interest, answer their questions and help them take the next step of either purchasing or scheduling a call with an expert from the company. Ability to call leads in real-time upon receiving contact information is important, including during the weekends. Initial call and voice mail scripts will be provided alongside FAQ to help answer any questions that may come up during the call. Share feedback from calls through notes in a CRM. Help improve call and voice mail scripts to make them more effective. Experience in the healthcare/medical field is preferred.
