Virtual Office Manager Needed. This is for a physical service based business. Workers go to people’s residence. Animal Lovers are a plus. This is not full time but can become full time. Just looking for someone to take care of some of the "annoying things" for now, administrative things. Experience with "Go High Level" is a huge plus. Or, the willingness to become proficient in "Go High Level" Virtual Office Manager / Virtual Assistant Needed. Organization would help us grow. Need help with: incoming leads, controlling the "triggers" for "go high level" some phone calls sending PDF’s that need to be signed, returned and filed. some social media management Some help with invoices experience with e-commerce inventory is GREAT but not a must Scheduling of workers going to homes
