Virtual Receptionist This is a position for a virtual receptionist who is responsible for answering phone calls, booking new appointments, responding to basic client questions, and communicating with our team. May also include additional virtual administrative tasks as needed. This position may also include additional virtual administrative assistant tasks, as needed. WHO YOU ARE: 1. You are a fluent English speaker. Preference is given to applicants who are fluent in both Spanish and English. 2. You are organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize. 3. You are positive, welcoming, and have a professional demeanor. 5. You care about the rights of immigrants in the United States. 6. You are able to follow directions and work within operational systems by following the training guidelines. 7. You have a reliable internet connection. 8. You are available Wednesday – Sunday between the hours of 11 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST. WHO WE ARE: 1. Blessinger Legal PLLC is an immigration law firm located in Falls Church, Virginia. 2.
