We need someone to help with Inventory ordering We are a drug store and we need someone to help us with inventory ordering. Having proficiency in excel would be an asset. We need someone to do data entry in excel i.e. to input stock movement , on hand/in stock and calculate estimated order value. Input the wholesaler discount rates. (Excel sheet is already done, with formulations and stuff, however we would need someone to have knowledge to create complex formulations when needed, we would be adding more suppliers shortly and thus would need time to time updating of the excel sheet). Based on the report, once reviewed we can place the order with respective suppliers. Also payment follow-ups need to be done i.e. track rebate payments from the suppliers. Again on excel sheet and via email and calls. (WIll be guided in terms of which payments have been made vs rebate payments remaining).
