We seek a qualified individual who is a team player, experienced and hands-on. The position requires the ability to provide superior guest service, in a fast paced, private environment. You will be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Performs other administrative tasks and assists other team members if needed. Expectations: – Provide excellent customer service and manage relationships with vendor partners. – Gain a deep understanding of our business operations and of the tours and activities market. Requirements: – Fluent English is a must – Position available between Morning and Evening EST, including weekends (shifts are flexible and will be scheduled in advance; however, we request about short time of work on Saturday but it’s optional) – Experience providing quality customer service over phone, email and chat/text support
