Here are some key highlights of the role: – Manage all aspects of QuickBooks Online – Do payroll 2x / month – Update operating expenses, budgets, forecasts – Manage accounts payables/receivables – Update client billing accounts – Create client billing profiles – Update QBO items, accounts – Process tax reports and payments (Payroll/Federal/GST/Provincial/Federal) – Interact with our accounting team – Manage financial transactions – Create digital accounts through our partner platforms – Update master items lists, pricing – Attend weekly team meetings – Be part of the overall CCC operations team – Update client invoices, templates – Document processes, update processes, enhance processes, innovate – 100% digital environment, fast paced – Process credit card client payments, make adjustments, update/edit/remove billing profiles – Manage multiple payment systems, processors, gateways, ecommerce management – Ongoing digital product knowledge, training and understanding – Website publishing and editing related to the role – Interacting with client billing matters – Management reporting, company quarterly, weekly, monthly, annual reporting – Reconciliations, saving bank statements and more! – Logging into the CRA and IRS to update accounts and review records
