We’re building a niche job site and would like to seed it with content as we launch. The niche is a particular kind of software development in the United States. We’ll provide you with further details as we start the contract. We need someone to go out on the internet, find the relevant job postings on company websites in this niche, and enter them into our web form. We’re asking you to find 10 of these postings. For each job posting you will add these details: • Job title • Full or part-time • Employee or contract • Job description • Company name • Company main website • Company logo image • Company HQ location • Fully remote, partially remote, or completely onsite • Any geographic restrictions • A URL to the original job posting on the hiring company’s website. That is, not a link to another job site • A URL to the application on the hiring company’s website. Along with details about the niche, you’ll be given some starting pointers. But we’re really looking for resourceful people who do not need a lot of direction. Please include the word “pancake” at the top of your cover letter. You’ll be a good fit for this if: • You’re really good at Googling • You know what Twitter is • You can copy and paste in a tidy way and are generally detail-oriented • You’re comfortable downloading and uploading images • You, in general, can just handle it This is a trial for ongoing work.
