Job brief For a website that will be launched soon I am looking for a virtual assistant. The website helps men around the world find hair restoration clinics, understand their options when it comes to treatments and what to expect. I am looking for someone that can support in building this up and making this a success. As a virtual assistant you will perform various tasks, including maintaining the WordPress website, answering emails questions from clinics on listings, quality checking of inputs, managing our blog (will hire content writer) and outreach to clinics and third party websites. You should be able to perform a variety of tasks and deliver high quality work under minimum supervision. If you are looking for a work from home job with flexible hours (but minimum of 20 hours a week) RESPONSIBILITIES • Maintain our WordPress website o Adding content to our WordPress website and directory (clinic & doctor listings) o Editing of content & managing our content calendar with external bloggers o Communicate with clinics to keep their content up to date o Review entries from clinics, quality check and improve where needed o Come up with blog outlines for our bloggers o General website maintenance o Simple photo editing, e.g. for clinic sites photos need to be optimized for web • Reach out to third party websites for guest posts & link building • Search and reach out to new clinics to create their listing • Customer service: answering of incoming emails & calls • Perform market research if needed • General administrative tasks YOUR SKILLS • Proven experience as a virtual assistant and well versed in using software programs • WordPress management skills — the ability to add content and use a variety of common theme builders (required) • Basic photo editing skills • Trello or other project management tool -I would like to use a project management tool to keep track of tasks and project management • Good comment of English, written and spoken • Professional and reliable • Positive attitude (a must!) • Willingness to learn new things and take on new challenge • Attention to detail, high standards, and commitment to checking your work (super-important!) COMPENSATION AND TIME COMMITMENT • 20-40 hours per week. I prefer to keep hours flexible • Your monthly or hourly fee will be commensurate with your experience • I pay promptly ARE YOU INTERESTED?
