I am looking for a full – time office assistant. This is a clerical position, general office duties, answering phones, filing etc. Must have good communication skills. The ability to cross train in all departments and be able to jump in and help when needed. Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must be computer literate. Experience in the following is a bonus: QuickBooks, Excel, Word and Outlook.
