Hello! My name is LaShan. I am the owner of Ann’s Haven, a residential group home. Ann’s Haven is in its beginning stages. I would love to dedicate more time and energy to growing this company, I am unable to do so due to the fact that 1. I am a Registered Nurse working during COVID 2. I have other businesses that require the majority of my time and energy. I am looking for someone to assist me in getting Ann’s Haven up and running. Must be willing to put in the work that I am unable to do at this time. Must research and learn the steps needed to open a residential assisted living home (both medical & non-medical) in Virginia, form completion may be required. Must be well organized. Must be able to multi-task. This is an Executive Assistant title, but all Assistants are welcome to apply.
