Summary As our Sales Operations Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting all stages of the sales cycle and completing administration tasks for the sales department.  Ideally, you’re systems-minded and can help optimize our sales, billing and subscription management processes. Accountability Communication Decision Making Negotiation Networking and Relationship Building Problem Solving Results Orientation Job Duties Ensure our CRM data is complete and accurate; make ongoing contact additions and cleanup efforts. Respond to and update new sales leads in the CRM. Support sales team by populating sales agreements and obtaining client sign-off. Ensure accurate client billing setup, manage ongoing subscription renewals. Coordinate with Finance to ensure invoices are issued & payments applied accurately. Work with clients to resolve subscription & billing changes and inquiries. Complete quarterly revenue forecasts. Review reports to monitor and boost team efficiency and streamline daily operations. Distribute onboarding links to clients  Review zaps on a regular basis  Manage the kickoff calendar Activate campaign examples Compile customer testimonials Organize account funnel flows Provides clerical support Handle other duties and responsibilities as requested Requirements A post-secondary degree or equivalent professional experience. 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role supporting SaaS sales teams. Advanced skills with Google Workspace.  Detail-oriented, deadline-oriented, and complexity-friendly. Enjoys working with large amounts of data. Superior organizational and communication skills. Exhibit diplomacy and poise under pressure when working through customer issues. Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas. Speak and write English confidently.
